The refs were horrible throughout the whole game and even worse in the final seconds.

1. Shooting foul at 9 seconds

2. Over the back at 5.5 seconds

3. St Johns steals the inbounds pass, took 4 steps, stepped out of bounds, and then threw the ball into the stands with 1.7 seconds left in the game.

During the game, the announcers kept talking about how a Rutgers assistant coach has a 5 year old son with cancer and he used the example of his son fighting for his life and beating the odds to inspire his team. They said the players came together and were really inspired. They worked their butts off and then to have the refs just take the oppurtunity away from them just makes me sick.

I was watching the highlights on tv and I couldn’t believe the way the game ended and the refs acting like the game was over when Rutgers should’ve had another possession of the ball.

 It’s funny because I was watching the game and when he stole the ball I changed it right away, but i thought to myself  this idiot looked like he was going out of bounds, didnt think much about it until this morning when I saw the highlights, unreal, the refs were truly awful this game.
