Memphis MadnessParticipant1. James Worthy — a 6’9 athletic small forward. Great finisher. Ideal 3rd guy for Showtime. Finals MVP.
2. Adrian Dantley — the stats are there. Scoring titles. All-star games. Finals appearance with Pistons.
3. Bernard King — great scorer in his prime. Had some bad injuries. Had a good comeback with Bullets.
4. Grant Hill –great all-around talent. Before injuries, one of the best. Can score, pass, handle, rebound.
5. Manu Ginobili — Thought about putting him at 3. Great sixth man, great winner. Versatile scorer, flopper.
6. Tracy McGrady — could score/dunk on anybody, with anybody. Injuries hurt, didn’t win. 7 time all-star.
7. Vince Carter — awesome dunker. Nice career stats. Got voted into the all-star game 7 times.
8. Chris Mullin — a pure small forward who could score and shoot. Dream Teamer. All-star. Injuries hurt.
Wow, this is a tough list. I have Worthy at the top for his full body of work. NCAA title. 3 NBA titles. One Finals MVP. 7 time all-star. Nice career stats. Tough match-up and great finisher.
The other guys on this list had some injury issues. Others were on teams that didn’t really win. Others had both problems. Bernard King probably had the best PEAK. Grant Hill’s early years were great. Didn’t watch Adrian Dantley but his numbers are outstanding. A title would have helped. Not a whole lot separating the top 5 or 6 guys.

mosdefParticipant1 Worthy
2 Dantley
3 Hill – was a BEAST before the ankle injury.
4 Mullin- best jumper west of the Mississippi. Bird was east of Mississippi. Slow as dirt but was feared
5 King real good scorer but then the knees went
6 Ginobilli winner
7 Carter when 8 and 7 were team mates, it was 7s team. wasnt clutch but could he dunk. Weis would rank him 1
8 McGrady he didnt win squat

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantStat wise we could rank them
1. Dantley
2. King
3. Carter
4. McGrady
5. Mullin
6. Worthy
7. Hill
8. Manu
As for as their rankings go win it comes to winning
1. Worthy(3 Rings as Magic’s # 2)
2. Manu(3 Rings as Duncan’s # 3)
3. Dantley(Scoring Titles and Final App. with Detroit)
4. Carter(Finals App. with New Jersey)
5. Grant Hill(NCAA Titles)
6. King (who knows what could have been)
7. Mullin (good scorer with real playoff wins)
8. Mcgrady (T Mac was too gifted to never make a serious playoff push, this puts him dead last win ranking them as winners)
Then we rank them on Talent Alone
1. T Mac
2. Carter
3. Hill
4. Dantley
5. Bernard King
6. Manu
7. Mullin
8. Worthy

PulseGlazerParticipantClaiming Worthy was Magic’s #2 for 2 of his 3 Laker rings is damn near absurd.

kaanyrvhokParticipantRanking by who I would want on my roster if I was building a contender
Hill – in his prime was a top three player. It was Jordan, Shaq and Hill
King – Every team needs a scorer. This guy was it and a decent passer rebounder.
James Worthy – A tweener with the defense to guard both forward positions. Consistency and versatility makes him a nice clog
Adrian Dantley – was a bit of a black hole, with qeustionable defense, yada yada. He averaged an extreamly effiecent 30 points and he hit the boards.
Chris Mullin – Extreamly efficent averaging 25 points on 53%/37%. Gives you a second tier star and a shooting ace in one player
Vince Carter – Only seemed to reach that next level in flashes but when he was there he was there
Manu Ginobili – cant question him.I would take him over McGrady simply because he is more of a roleplayer and McGrady just didnt fit as a number one option.
Tracy McGrady – Great player who should have never left Toronto to be "the star" seemed to be a chemistry curse.

SubZeroParticipantIf the T-Mac in Houston played like he did in Orlando with a healthy Yao, they could’ve been pretty good. Don’t forget, there was a time when there was a debate about who was better between T-Mac and Kobe. Injuries killed his career. Kobe was more of a winner, but if T-Mac had Kobe’s team, he would have a ring also
