So far in this conference season things have not gone as expected. Oregon st beating Arizonia, and beating USC

    So far

    Washington3-011-3
    Stanford2-09-4
    Oregon State2-17-7
    Arizona2-113-3
    UCLA1-19-5
    USC1-19-6
    Washington State1-211-4
    Arizona State1-28-6
    California0-27-7
    Oregon0-37-8

I think the conference is gonna look different then what was predicted with washington still the Favorite but not as strong as once believed

By the way did anyone see that dunk that Josh Owens from Stanford had???..He’s been doing that almost every game but they have finally put one on sportcenter

arizona lost that game with oregon st at the free throw line. they lost by one on the road with around 60% from the line as a team shoulda won that game by 7-10 points

Never been a huge fan of the Cougs, but Klay Thompson has a nice supporting cast and they are making some noise. They definitely have a chance to get to the tourney, as long as they play as well as they have been playing in conference. They have no real huge wins (Unless you count Baylor, but they also lost to Gonsaga), but they have been solid. They had a tough two games to open the season, but they were competitive, and they should be good in Pulman. Washington, even with the loss of Gaddy, is still the team to beat. Isaiah Thomas is a bonafide star, has been since he got there. If I could have a 4 year (I am assuming he will stay next year and play with Tony Wroten) PG like that, sign me up. I guess Aaron Brooks suffices, but nonetheless, Isaiah is a leader, and they had a lot of depth at guard. Terrence Ross completely scorched the Ducks, plus Venoy Overton, they have depth beyond that. Losing Gaddy hurts, he was vastly improved in many facets, but I still think UW should win the conference.

Beyond the two Washington schools, Zona is looking tough with Williams. Love how he got to the foul line 22 times. He averages 2.25 pps (Points per shot), which is just ridiculous. Shoots fantastic clip from the field, 77% from the line, living up to and beyond his expectations this season. They lost to OSU, but I still expect them to win 11-12 games in Pac-10 play, which should mean tourney. Beyond there, it is really a crap shoot. UCLA, Stanford and USC all look to be competing. We could have 4 teams in the tourney, but it is no guarantee. Should be an interesting and competitive season, though so far it looks like Cal and UO are in the cellar. We (Oregon) have no size, and I think are in serious jeopardy of losing every game in the Pac-10. I thought the same might happen two years ago, and we won 2, so, hopefully we will pull a couple out again.

usc is looking very strong since they added jio fontan. Since fontan has come back they have gone 5-2 with victories over texas, tennessee and washington state and the 2 losses coming against kansas by 2 points and washington in ot. They might be the second best team in the conference.

ucla, arizona and washingotn state are all buble teams trying to buil their resume. Washingotn is the head of the class but i could see them losing 3-4 conference games.
