I had a nice long post prepared, than my computer froze and destroyed it. Well, that just means people will have to do more research, so be happy about that!

For those who do not know, the EYBL (Elite Youth Basketball League) is an AAU league in which some of the top players from the 2012, 2013 and 2014 classes compete. Shabazz Muhammad, Andre Drummond and Isaiah Austin are not in this league, but Rodney Purvis, DaJuan Coleman, Julius Randle, Brandon Ashley, Aaron Gordon, Nerlens Noel and Andrew Wiggins (who is on a team full of the top Canadian prospects) are in it.

I try to get info on it as soon as I can, but I find it is hard to get real time info on HS basketball tournaments. Nonetheless, if people have helpful links on where to do so, that would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a list of links where you can find info on the EYBL:

http://www.nikeeliteyouthbasketballleague.com/ : The EYBL site, which shows you boxscores and stats, but gives little other info

http://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1217553 :An article from rivals about their thoughts on some of the best players during session #2.

http://www.hoopville.com/2011/04/16/2011-nike-eybl-session-1-player-evaluations/#more-1000025931 : A detailed look at a number of the top prospects during Session #1. Done in alphabetical order even!

These are a good start on some info about some of the top up and coming prospects and the tournament itself, which I just think is a cool thing. ESPN used to have way more on it last year, but maybe they will build on it after session #3 and the eventual play-off championships. Still, some cool prospects to learn about and keep an eye on!
