what are the needs and wants that teams will be looking for befroe the trade deadline.. and what should they do to get what they want..

I think orlando needs to pick up a point guard to last them throughout the playoffs because anthony johnson and tyrron lue are not gonna cut it.. they should try to get one of the pgs from indiana, who has a surplus of them, they could get ford, jack, or even tinsley to fill the void jameer left
