Johnny ChillNow this guy gets hurt during the offseason too. He will pretty much hurt himself during the lockout causing him to miss games once the season starts.

aamir543ParticipantI dont think it is valid to put KG on there. Yes he has had some unfortunate knee injuries the past couple years, but on average for his career, he has missed only 6 games per season. And from 99-00 till 04-05, he missed a total of three games, including three straight seasons of 82 games other than the lockout season, he has played at least 69 season for every season but 1(08-09).
I think an argument can be made for Baron Davis. He played every game in his first three seasons, before everything went down hil.l from 02-03 till 06-07, he played an average of 56 games, before playing all 82 in his contract year. These last three seasons he has played an average of 66 games.

Johnny ChillHe has a weak ankle, it’s always getting twist, rolled over, sprained.
It usually causes to play at less that 100%, even missing a game or two every few weeks.

JaeEvolutionParticipantCan a case not be made for Joakim Noah?
Missed A LOT of games this past season for the thumb injury on his hand, and last season he had plantaar facitis or whatever it was on his foot.
People say the Bulls would’ve been so much better had their big men been healthy problem is Boozer is known for his injuries and I don’t want to say it cause I know the guy loves to compete but Noah is beginning to miss a lot of games for injures early in his career. So I doubt they will both ever stay fully healthy for a full season on the Bulls playing such rough and tough defense.

natedogggParticipantA lot of the guys mentioned here are just getting old, hence why their bodies are prone to niggling injuries etc.

doubledribblerParticipantI think there are a lot of guys that you could consider borderline. Some guys might be another injury plagued season or a couple more healthy seasons from either being considered injury prone or not. In my opinion, D Wade is injury prone. He’s had at least 3 years where he missed chunks of games and he seems to play hurt pretty frequently. Chris Paul has had a couple of seasons where he missed chunks of games in a fairly short career, as has Andrew Bogut who always seems to be dealing with something. Manu is another guy that is hurt a lot. When he’s healthy the Spurs have been really dangerous in the playoffs, but the problem is he is typically hurt so often.

ilike.panochasParticipantKG shouldn’t be on this list, he only started breaking down because of milage and age. He was durable his first 12 seasons.
