Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantNow that the season is officially at the halfway point I feel its time to reveal my annual All-Star teams. Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantStarters are first five listed for each conference. Apologize for the confusion. The format could have been better.

cjwParticipanteast pg starter should be either wall or isaiah. Both have been carrying their teams this year

SeattleSuperChronicsParticipantI’d like to see Embiid in the allstar game. He has been the best center in the East IMO

ChrispyParticipantFor me it would have to be Embiid and/or Whiteside ahead of Drummond. Their teams are bad, but Detroit ain’t exactly tearing it up either and frankly Drummond has been a disappointment this year.

SubZeroParticipantIt’s gonna be hecka awkward if Russ and KD both start. And also personally tormenting to me and all Thunder fans if those 2 and Harden all start
I like that you put Gordon Hayward in. Most people would probably put Klay in just as a reflex. And I wish there was a way for KAT to be in; if anyone would come out of that lineup I’d think it would be Gasol but Memphis is somehow winning and Minny’s not so it makes sense

HitsterParticipantThe lists look fairly good to me – Walker and Giannis deserve to get their first All Star Games.
Drummond is the Eastern selection which could be questionable, Whiteside, Lopez and Embeast are all having possibly better seasons and the coaches have voted Millsap and Horford in a lot of times plus both are on winning teams which coaches can favour.
West looks good to me too, Hayward certainly deserves to be in, Gobert could be a dark horse if coaches decide to choose a defensive big man. Lamarcus Aldridge has been in last 5 years and is playing well on a powerhouse team so could get in again.
On form KAT deserves consideration too.

The GoatParticipantGood teams. I put mine up about a month ago, slight differences. I had Millsap, Horford and Embiid instead of Drummond, George and Wall, but I agree now Wall has to be there. Our West teams had one difference, but I now also agree with Hayward although I had Klay.
Big arguments for increasing the roster sizes to 15 – still have DeAndre, Blake Griffin, KAT, one of Klay or Hayward all missing out in the west
