OhCanada-Participant31-35 games in depending on what team your looking at. Whos your MVP so far and your runner up?
For me its not even close Lebron James MVP, Giannis Antetekoumpo runner up. Jokic gets my honorable mention.

CoachWyersParticipantKevin Durant would be my MVP so far.

SeattleSuperChronicsParticipantLebron MVP.
Kawhi runner up.

Memphis MadnessParticipantGreek Freak edging out LeBron. Westbrook, AD, and Jokic rounding out the top 5 with Embiid chasing.
Dark horse candidates: Kemba, Harden, Durant, and Paul George.
Can Kawhi and Lowry split a vote?
That’s about it for MVP top contenders and fringe contenders.
13-15: (barely out of the money): Kyrie, Marc Gasol, and Luka Doncic.

TRC1991ParticipantKemba Walker a darkhorse candidate? And what’s this nonsense about Leonard having to split a vote?
You sir have earned your -3 points

eyefortalentParticipanthas missed 9 of their 35 games- a little over 25%- which is too much to be considered the leader at this point.

TRC1991ParticipantI’m not saying Kawhi is the favorite, but when he’s on the court he’s been dominant. He can still finish with 73games played, plenty big enough of a sample size

OhCanada-ParticipantKawhi doesnt play back to backs and Toronto has a better record when he sits. So basically at the back end of back to backs he sits and they still win without him. Not saying he isnt the best player on the team and not saying they dont need him just saying his case ofr MVP isnt very strong. How can he be the leagues most valuable player when he his team still wins without him.

halfdecayedParticipantGiannis and Lebron gotta be in there. Curry and Kawhi missed too many games. Jokic should be considered..

BeastMode716ParticipantGiannis, Lebron, Embiid, Jokic & Kyrie
Obviously Unibrow is also right there but I went w/ players like Kyrie & Jokic over Davis b/c of record – but the Brow is right there too
Kawhi & Curry might be the top 2 guys in the whole League but they missed too much time to so far – of course by the end of the season that could all change & I am sure I’m missing some other players too
The NBA has so much Extraordinary young talent & a Lot of these young Super Stars are Bigs – so it’s going to be fun watching these young Monsters grow & develop into Global Super stars

ThenilonatorParticipantI’m surprised there isn’t more talk about Paul George. He is quietly putting together a great season. He is averaging career highs in points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks and 3PM and OKC are having a really solid season. Also goes to show that Russ has changed the way he has played and has been happy to revert to George where in the past it was hero ball at all costs.

Bmore_DCParticipantGreek Freak not even close. If Pelicans were winning games itd be AD. LeBron 3rd. Jokic and PG13 need to be in the conversation but wont win.

HitsterParticipantI think that Giannis, LBJ and Harden are the obvious current candidates.

The GoatParticipantKawhi, LeBron, Giannis in the frame to win. It’ll come down to team records as well, but all have been sensational.
Jokic, Paul George, Harden, Curry all deserve a mention.
