ChoppyParticipantOK, so with the draft fast approaching things start to get a little crazy (see: Boston/Philly). Most people have the bones of their draft done, just a little tinkering here and there. My lottery is done, probably won’t change it but the second round every year is a crap shoot. With the exception of nailing Walter Taveras in the second round a few years ago, I typically suck at mocking second rounders (only slightly more than I suck at the first round).
So who are your hot tips/rumours for who goes where in the second round? I need the help!

PicknPopPaulieParticipantI like that you have Dozier so high. Cam Oliver and J. Evans will both be top 25 i think.

ChoppyParticipantI really like Dozier as a prospect. Good length, athleticism and a lot of potential as a 2 way player.

nill650ParticipantI would say Pasecniks and Swanigan & Bradley are all late first rounders along with Derrick White being right on the bubble
I think Jarrett Allen does the Deyonta Davis tumble to the 2nd at least late 1st. supposedly not doing well at all in workouts =major project.
I think Boucher is too old to get drafted despite the skill once recovered.
I don’t think Kaba Briscoe Kingsley or Humphries are getting their names called.
I like TJ Leaf in the 13-22 range
Vezenkov is slower than alec peters they are 55-to undrafted.can’t keep them on the floor if they even earn a chance offensively.
I would bet on D Mitchell going to Dallas before Ntilkina at this point in the draftee assessment process, much farther along as a prospect and most teams think he can play on ball. Dallas can take the chance as they need both guard position upgrades.
I penciled in Tidjane Keita at 54 as Phoenix is apparently high on the upside of the french born canadian that has only been playing organized ball for 3 yrs. showed signs of rapid improvement and he has freakesh length and motor. They will probably just bring him in to summer league undrafted but who knows. apparently Bucks have also taken an interest in him.

ChoppyParticipantI only put Humphries in there to San Antonio because I’m a homer and want him drafted 😉

ChoppyParticipantApparently he’s had some really good workouts, even showing he might have a bit of range. He’s a long shot, but hey, it’s my mock draft and I’ll put him in if I want!
