SwatLakeCityParticipantMVP-Lebron, but it will be close, Kobe and Durant will give him a run.
MIP-Kevin Durant. but the way AK is playing right now, he could win this award too.
6th man- Jamal Crawford
ROY-Tyreke Evans
Coach of the year-OKC Coach. they could make the playoffs with 7th or 8th seed.
Most Surprising team-Utah. Should be in like 6 or 7th, but they are in 3rd.
Most Disapointing team-New Jersey-I knew they would suck but I didn’t think they would be this bad. Only 4 wins so far! I feel sorry for their fans.0 - Posted on: Sat, 02/06/2010 - 6:42am #253447
DanEboyParticipantNice list, I like Landry for 6th man though. How about Memphis for most surprising team too.

TyroberParticipantHis name is Scott Brooks. if your going to name him as your coach of the year then take the time to atleast look up the guys name. Kevin Durant was good lastyear too. He is putting up better numbers and playing better overall but it isnt enough to justify him getting the most improved. We knew he was going to be good. MIP goes to a surprise player

DanEboyParticipantI think Durant is a good choice for MIP. The award isn’t all about stats, he is leading that team to a playoff berth; no one would have thought that this soon in the West. He has improved his game as a leader.

TyroberParticipantIm not saying durant doesnt deserve it. the guy is a pure superstar but everyone knew he was going to be good. Joakim Noah or Carl Landry are guys that comes to my mind that deserves the MIP award

LawDeeZeeParticipantdurant won’t come close to kobe and lebron in MVP voting because his team isn’t going to win enough games … and if eveyone keeps picking memphis as their surprise team of the year, why not mention hollins as a good choice for coach of the year … and i don’t think they’ll award the most improved player honors to someone who was a blossoming superstar last season … i’m sure there are a lot of guys that aren’t coming to mind immediately right now but carl landry seems to me to have made an enormous jump in production this season

ThaMatrixParticipant@mdd27, would you seriously put Amare Stoudemire, Chris Kaman and Zach Randolph infront of Chris Bosh?
By the way…
MVP: Lebron
MIP: Randolph or Durant
6th: Jamal Crawford ( Landry will be close though )
ROY: Reke
Coach: Scott Brooks
Defensive: OF COURSE it will be Dwight Howard ( Gerald wallace could have gotten it )
Surprise Team: Oklahoma Thunder
Dissapointing Team: Detroit Pistons ( with all the additions they were expected to be better )0 - Posted on: Sat, 02/06/2010 - 9:52am #253484

Imaking6004ParticipantI like Josh Smith for MIP, the Hawks wouldnt have been winning this many games if it wasnt for his improved efficiency. His stats may not had changed much, but he improved his defense , field goal percentage and stopped taking dumb shots. KDurant would not win because he is doing what everybody expected of him. I picked him to lead the NBA in scoring and he is second on the list. Yes he improved his defense and plus minus rating but the thunder are also winning games because they have a more complete team.

gerald wallace was good b4 this year. he has the most points in bobcats history ( some1 had to b)
josh smith will win defensive poy
mcmillen as coach
6th man crawford0 - Posted on: Sat, 02/06/2010 - 1:05pm #253505
the I in winParticipantI think lebron is mvp so far but do you guys think he is running away with it? i don’t, their are plenty of other viable candidates.
