kaceyParticipantMavs dominate the Lakers in Game 4. Draining 3’s like they have all series. A couple of Lakers’ players showing no class to end the game.

kaceyParticipantWish the Mavs could save some of these three point makes for the conference finals.

natedogggParticipantwould be a different story if the lakers actually turned up in this series.
so i kinda refuse to call it a mavs domination.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantGot killed by Barea and Peja. Unlikely heroes there.

B-ball fanParticipantIts their own fault they never "turned up." It is playoff basketball, and the Mavs dominated. You don’t gain respect for not playing hard and lacking fight. The Lakers are capable of more, but they were dominated. It isn’t less just because their faults included not rotating well on defense, not executing to their peak level consistently on offense, and showing no signs of urgency.

llperezI came on here to say my piece about the lakers but saw there was like 5 threads so I’ll use this one.
First off I stopped watching at halftime so what happened in the final minutes in regards to no class?
Anyways, Dallas was the better team. They space the floor and have 3-4 knockdown shooters at all times and the lakers defense was pathetic thus they got killed. But my hats off to the mavs and I think they are right now the favorite to win it all. I do not think the lakers need to blow things up though. After 3 straight trips to the finals I think some of the guys got a little comfortable and this embarrassing loss will hopefully motivate them. They have to get a new starting pg though, fisher just doesn’t have anymore and the rest the team is slowing down son it makes it hard to make up for fish like they have in he past. And hopefully whoever the new coach is brings some new defensive philosophies to the table because all that talk about helping each other and rotating and trusting each other defensively is what is hurting the team. I’ve felt that way all season, guys need to man up and do a better job staying in front of their guy. All These rotations are why guys get free. Don’t get beat so often one on one .
Anyways, this actually doesn’t hurt all that bad. I don’t have anything against Dallas and wish Cuban and his boys luck. Lakers aren’t going away anytime soon.

speedevilHow can you not love a short point guard that killed the Lakers in the pick and roll.
JJ is a short verson of Steve Nash.
He’s listed at 6’0", hard to believe.

kaceyParticipantOdom shoved Dirk when Dirk was about to set a pick. Then later, Barea was driving into the lane and Bynum just threw his shoulder into Barea’s ribs while Barea was in mid-air. The Odom push wasn’t that bad, but the Bynum shoulder ram was pretty ugly. Both guys were ejected.
You may have already seen highlights by now.
