Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantLakers are on a 21-0 run and are up 37-7 in the 2nd quarter against the Blazers
Knowing the Lakers this season though, they might end up blowing this lead.

llperezThey are a completely different team at home.
home: 13-2. The 2 losses were by a combined 3 points
road: 5 -11
they need to figure out what thats about.

MJ FOR LIFE 23ParticipantWow talk about an exercise in futility Blazers only hit like 10% of their shots in first qtr. Hope they at least catch up and make it a more exciting game.

Scottoant93ParticipantI think 19 points is the lowest of amount of points scored at halftime for an nba team

JaeEvolutionParticipantDoubt a team will ever draft better than the Blazers did from 2006 to 2008 acquired Greg Oden, Brandon Roy, Lamarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum. Mix those guys in with the perfect trades they made along the way getting Wallace, Matthews, Felton and Camby no team in the NBA would be better than the Blazers. Complete misfortune what has happened to that organization.

IndianaBasketballParticipantBlazers have always been better at home than on the road.
Lakers look good.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantBlazers are getting blown out in every national televise game they are on except for the Clippers game where they scored 71.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantAnd just as I suspected, they blew the lead. Blazers are now down by 10 with 7 minutes and Kobe has to re-enter the game.
Instead of the Lakers getting the chance to rest their starters, they had to play the 4th quarter.
It’s time for Kobe to close out the game.

akhan786ParticipantPG- Felton, Crawford
SG- Roy, Matthews
SF-Wallace, Batum
PF- Aldrige, Thomas
C- Oden, Camby
Not only is this team immensely talented at every position and incredibly deep, but these pieces all fit together seamlessley.
They have a fast run up and down the floor point guard that likes to get everyone involved. A closer and leader in Brandon Roy. Do it everything forwards in Wallace and Batum that can get scrappy and deliver highlight plays. An all star big man that can carry the team if need be in Aldrige. And one of the greatest defensive talents we’ve seen in the past decade with Oden and with grizzled veterans in Camby and Thomas to back him up.
Not to mention they’d have the highest scoring reserve backcourt in the league with Matthews and Crawford.
This team would be absolutely scary, and IMO would be a perrenial Finals participant.
*sigh* What could’ve been…

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantJust to let you know, the Blazers wouldn’t be able to sign Crawford if Roy was still on the roster but yes it looks dangerous on paper.
