akhan786ParticipantKyle Singler has quietly been putting a great rookie season together. Ever since he got the starting job he’s been averaging something like 14ppg 4rpg and 2apg.
My friends in Detroit love him and believe he’ll be the third front court piece with Monroe and Drummond for the future.

MkadozaParticipantKyle Singler, though no one would have thought to have said it a couple years ago, looks like his skillset is better made for the wide open NBA game.
He was forced to play a lot of 4 for Duke, while in the league you can see he’s clearly a three with a ton of versatility. He makes smart decisions, can penetrate with his handling and the threat of his shot, and plays much better perimeter defense that I gave him credit for.

HaleParticipantI have to admit, I was dead-wrong on this guy. I didn’t think he’d even be a career backup because he looked lke an unathletic tweener who’s shooting was overrated but he’s been one of the lone bright spots for Detroit.

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantI don’t like him as the future starter for Detroit but as a sixth man in a Mike Dunleavy role? Sure, it looks like he really refined his skills while spending last year overseas and it’s really been paying off

Malik-UniversalParticipanti remember on draft day in 2011 i was at my buddys house watching it and it was our pick and i was wanting joe d to choose honeycutt… but i was indifferent with the singler pick… but wow.. that one yr in spain helped his game a sht ton… i love singler actually… i was skeptical about his game in college translating to the nba.. but spain helped him for sure… hes starting at the 2 where hes going against smaller guys but taking full advantage of it

RUDEBOY_ParticipantSingler is quietly putting 2gether a good rookie year,he’s averaging 10 pts over the last 10 games,13 pts in wins,8 pts in loses and shooting 50%…His hustling style of play is drawing raves from Pistons fans….

HotSnotParticipantThe pistons started the year around 0-7…once Singler was put into the starting lineup they’ve been playing .500 ball and have beaten some good teams lately. Boston anyone? Obviously Singler has improved the chemistry of the starting unit even if his stats don’t blow you away…they’re solid. Stuckey didn’t bring those kinds of intangibles…and is better suited in his current 6th man role imo.

JNixonParticipantSingler definitely benefited by going overseas. I thought he was a stiff tweener who had an overrated jumper. Good to see him doin nice

akhan786ParticipantHe had a horrendous shooting slump during his senior year at Duke which was one of the reasons why he dropped so much on the draft boards. I thought the slump would follow him to the league but it seems like when he decided to stay overseas when the lockout was lifted it let him regain his confidence in his jumpshot.
Singler is absolutely money if you leave him open.
