FoxdashmanParticipantKyle Anderson’s facial features kind of look like they were photoshopped onto his head slightly lower than they should’ve been. My question for the unparalleled and brilliant members of this forum: Should this hurt his draft stock?

the I in winParticipantno it shouldn’t hurt his draft stock.
post a picture of your acne covered face.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI heard Sam Cassell was a lock to go in the lottery but because of his face, he slipped out.

CodySLCParticipantI think you may be onto something with this. Forget his basketball skills, I mean how can he play in the NBA with that face.

TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipantYou may be on the something here. Maybe, in my attempt at being a terrible scout making up bullsh!t psudo-science stereotypes its viewed that,
his eyes being close together limits his peripheral vision
his nose is to small and narrow thus allowing in less oxygen which limits his ability to grow muscle and accelerate in short burst
his gotee has a split in the middle wear it doesn’t grow and that’s indicative of his body being asymetrical and is often the case one leg is longer than the other
his small ears means that he may have had a growth spurt do to the overproduction of growth hormone is his pituitary gland after he had already fully developed which could add to growth plate problems

2. If "too ugly to get drafted has secretly been in play…how did Evan Turner slip through the system.
3. "Dallas Lauderdale is so ugly that he is undraftable" – j -Nixon. Did he predict the future people…or was he in on this?

AmiableBaller34ParticipantI know a lot of people are making fun of this, but I’ll take it serious.
Do any of you guys remember when Greg Oden was drafted, and people were complaining about how un-marketable he was? They even had commercials poking fun at him, and it showed the darker part of "the business" side of the NBA. Do looks matter? Maybe not, but marketing a player certainly does, and if that player is naturally unattractive, than I think that could effect them negatively. (http://www.youtube.com/watch)
Anyone else old enough to remember when the league cracked down on how players dressed and pressented themselves? Allen Iverson sure does, and for all you youngsters wondering why Russle Westbrook and the other players dress the way they do, it’s for that reason.
I know this wasn’t a serious topic, but I do think marketability is a bigger factor than a lot of us think.
