iguapops420ParticipantDon’t see Brandon. There is about a 5 inch gap in size between the two. Personally he reminds me of a poor mans A.I. or a more PG oriented Lou Williams with less 3’s.

ilike.panochasParticipantWhat do you mean 5 inch? Brandon was 5’11 180lbs in his playing days.

kobyzParticipant@mess.eee, therefore i said Ty Lawson with extra, cause i think Kemba Walker has in him a true PG in the mold of Ty but in additional he has more scoring instincts and talent that some remind AI and that he can use when need…0 - Posted on: Mon, 08/22/2011 - 4:49pm #593250

Andrew1984ParticipantHe reminds me of Mookie Blaylock, but with a little more speed and charisma. Mookie’s best scoring year was 17.4 points and his highest assist average was 9.7, with career averages at 13.5 and 6.7. Mookie was never considered one of the top five or six PGs in the game, but he was always a solid starter. He wasn’t a pure shooter, but did have some years in the mid to high 30s in 3-point shooting percentage. Good basketball IQ. Highly competitive. High character. Teammates love playing with him. Reliable, consistent, but not necessarily elite.

iguapops420Participant@Mess.ee, confused myself lol.Sorry bout that one. I honestly have no idea what I was thinkin. Seemed like I remember him being taller than that for some reason.
It’s a fair comparison, but he’s nowhere near the true pg Brandon was. Terrell was quite underrated. But I see the similar build, speed, quicks.
To me Kemba is just more if a scorer than a lot of people before him at his size and isn’t a TERRIFIC pg, but can get it done. He could honestly end up being nothing more than Johnny Flynn. But again, I think he may end up surprising everyone and being the best pg of the draft. A shorter Barbosa maybe?
