BleedGreen808ParticipantIt’s being reported that Jontay Porter tore his surgically repaired ACL in his right knee while rehabbing in Denver. His draft stock is probably going to take another hit with this second injury. However, it would make sense for a team in the late 1st round to take flier on him while giving him time to rehab the knee.

BleedGreen808ParticipantAfter looking into it more the family seems to have a really bad history of injuries. The sisters of Michael and Jontay had injuries that led to medical retirement from basketball. Bri Porter suffered a total of 5 ACL tears and Cierra Porter had to retire due to "ongoing knee problems".

mowestenParticipantHate to hear this, the Porter family parents, kids, etc., were always among the kindest people I ever came across back when I was covering prep basketball. It’s too bad man, good people deserve better.
