Is it just me or does anyone else agree that Jerryd Bayless shouldn’t be riding the pines? I think that Steve Blake is a solid point guard, but i would much rather have him running my second team. Aaron Brooks is eating him for lunch! Brooks’ speed is causing him alot of trouble; he can’t keep brooks out of the painted area. On the other hand, I think Bayless would cause serious problems for the rockets if her were playing. He’s a good ball handler,explosive, athletic, quick, strong,can shoot, & is a pretty good defender. His penetration ability & scoring prowess would open things up more for Roy, Aldrigde & co

i really like Bayless, but he’s a shoot first type, and not the facilitator that the Blazers need him to be.

man f*** all that jerryd bayless should have been starting a month ago. the kid is way 2 real. i saw him in person at the summer league and he averaged 30 a game. now i kno its the summer league but him and rudy fernandez were doing the same thing and look at rudy now. and yea he is a shoot first guard but lets not act like b roy cant be a facilitator.

OMG!!! I was waiting to talk about Jerryd Bayless. He is my favorite young player in the game. He won the Summer League most valuable player. He was averaging 30 a game and his game is ridic. He is so athletic has the prettiest jump shot and could get to the rim at will. He should have been starting since the beggining of the season or adleast mid way. Steve Blake is also my boy from MD and got to meet him a couple times but he should only start a quarter of the games and be really productive on the 2nd unit with Outlaw, Rudy, sometimes ODen. Jerryd Bayless should be a starting Guard for the Blazers hands down. He is tremendous capabilities. I liked his game a lot coming out of high school. Bayless is one upcoming star in the NBA and the Blazers should be happy to have him and Use him way more.
