delfamParticipantI always liked him, thought he had a lot of potential at Georgia Tech and he’s still young, he really never had a legit shot to show what he’s had. I doubt someone gives him a shot, he’s going to have to prove it in the D-league for a year, but I still think he has a future in the NBA.

Lotto StudParticipantDid he make the mistake by coming out after his Fr. season, because he had not proved himself yet as a premiere PG?

delfamParticipantthat was probably his mistake, not sure why PG’s come out after their freshman year, it’s the hardest position to play in the NBA and the college game helps them develop alot.

ghettosermonParticipantHe’s a great defender, super athletic, but he can’t shoot, still though ability wise he deserves a spot in the league. He’s actually a pretty decent PG as well. Wanted the Hawks to take him over Acie Law since he was a local pick although I guess neither would have been a good pick.

durantula83ParticipantA shame he didn’t stay in college longer. A very talented player, but he struggles mightily with being consistent and finding a niche in the league. Not a great shooter indeed, but he can get to the hole like only a few others when he has his day. A true scoring point guard, when he’s not scoring he has little value on the court. That’s one of the main reasons I think he’s not in the league anymore right now. I think it would be best for him if he can play a year or 2 in the NBDL. It will make him a better and more complete player, there’s no doubt he will be back in the league one day.
