I hear there are trades that are done but can not be technically finalized until Dec 15.  I am curious to see who all will be traded.

Rip to Chicago should happen they would jump to top 3 out East behin Boston and maybe Orlando. Also look for Miami to make a move they really need one and this is the time they should make one.

The Pistons really need to make some trades..If you look at their roster they have alot of very talented offensive players..But they have no chemistry..

Have they realized that Stuckey isnt a playmaker? Kyrie Irving will remind fans of Isaiah Thomas if the Pistons are lucky enuff to get him..

Signing Charlie V & Ben Gordon was a big mistake..

The Grizzlies need a defensive minded point guard & front court player..They lose alot of leads by failing to play good perimeter defense…

rodney stuckey may not be a star but he could be an all star. all the needed to do is have a gm who knows what he is doing. those two signings were so stupid. they could of gotten a true star out of it but instead got basically two six mans. they need to trade and focus on rebuilding

Rodney Stuckey is one of the most underrated players in the league.  If i were them I unload Charlie V., Rip, and Ben Gordon.  Totally gut the roster and start fresh.  Its sad that only a few years ago the pistons were title contenders, and now look at this mess…

Stuckey is not underrated. He is part of the problem. They have too many guys that only pass the ball as a last resort, and he is one of them. If they think Stuckey and Daye are part of the solution, Detroit is going to be bad for a while. A true point guard would go a long way for them.

Rodney Stuckey is a very solid guard with a versatile game and nice all around scoring ability.  But he is more of a sixth man then anything.  He is not a true PG because he does not make his teammates better hence the reason the Pistons have one of the worse records in the league since he became their starting PG.

And Stuckey has no all star potential you are crazy.  It’s not the GM’s that after he got handed the keys to the team he didn’t know what to do with them.  He got every opportunity in Detroit to put up big numbers.

I am also excited for Dec 15 tho too because I am praying Iggy is one the first flight out of town that day.  Evan Turner was averaging 13 points a game and 8 rebounds in the 5 games and couldn’t even score more then 7 points in the four games after Iggy’s return and now he is back on the bench because he does not mesh with Iggy.  This is the 2nd pick in the draft!!!  You must facilitate for him an environment where he can succeed to use the 2nd pick in the draft as a role player off the bench is just insane.

I am just as excited for Dec. 18th however………..Josh Selby’s first game for Kansas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stuckey is best off the bench in a 6th man role ala Jamal Crawford

No he probably means that the best case scenario for Detroit would be having Stuckey come off the bench and either moving Ben Gordon or starting him.  Detroit got a weird roster with a bunch of combo guards and swing men.

Yes Stuckey can score and somebody who I think would play very well next to him is Beno Udrih who the Pistons would be able to get with one of their wing players probably.  I think they have to bring in a PG who has a nice outside shot to compliment Stuckey that way he’ll have room to slash which is what he is best at.  Stuckey got nice shooting guard size too at this point tho I just can’t envision him even being a floor general it’s not his game.

I’ve been hearing that the 76ers are trying to trade Iggy. One team to watvh out for is the Cavaliers. I read that there has been no active dialogue between the two teams, but the Cavs have a $14.5 trade exception they can use to acquire Iggy.

Rodney Stuckey? really? Ramon Sessions is got a plache with his name on it after he signed that deal with Minnesota last year.

I would personally prefer J Rich to Hamilton, as far as Chicago goes. They badly need a 2 guard, then i feel like they are a real contender.

@UoE……that was a great call because J. Rich would be perfect for Chicago…He would instantly make them a contender if not the most dangerous team in the league…Chicago would be big, fast, and strong at every position with a big 3 of Rose, J Rich, and Boozer. Plus Noah.  That’s a great team by definition and if you asked me what one of them teams would have a better chance of being in the finals, Bulls or Miami I would say Chi Town easily.  They define a well constructed team…Instead of a team filled with basically 3 scorers who can’t shoot, and a bunch of scrubs.

The Sixers have to trade Iggy, he has run his course here and all he is doing now is stunting the development of Jrue, Evan, Meeks, and Thad…He has to go there is no fixing this situation with him.  He just don’t belong on this team anymore.  There are a bunch of good offers.  The Cleveland one I would take in a heartbeat as long as they give us their first round pick this year.  Wit Iggy the Cavs make the playoffs this year.

Toronto also have a lot of the Bosh exception left, Cleveland after the LeBron return and the T-Wolves drubbing need to make changes but moving Jamieson may be hard and if they make a hasty trade it could come back and hurt them. If Philly could get the right picks for Iggy and esprcially another 2011 first rounder then it would give Thorn and Coach Collins a real chance to start shapping the roster as they want it.

If the Knicks cannot move for Melo then I’d figure they will keep cap space and assets for the summer unless they could get the right deal for Curry’s expiring contract but then that may be for a trade involving some other expiring deal as they will want to surely save cap space for next summer or beyond.

The Knicks should look into maybe 3 players next year in Tyson Chandler, Melo, and Jared Jeffries.

If they are savy they could get all 3.  They have max money for Melo and Jeffries can be had for cheap since he can actually play there and loved New York.  New York should have enough assets to still move them and take on Chandler at between 7 and 10 million and with the new CBA, New York may be able to be the top bidder with that

Stuckney would be good as a 2 guard for a lot of teams.  Hamilton will not get traded unless Detroit eats up a bad contract.  Prince could be gone.  Gordon could be moved since they may have to keep Hamilton.  Raptors are looking good but they could possibly be a trade away from being the Milwaukee Bucks of last year since this year the Buck suck.
