GlenTaylorSucksParticipantWho actually has the highest upside of this draft? I know Noel will be a terror on D, but I have serious doubts about his offensive game. I haven’t really thought about anybody else’s ceiling, but who do y’all think has the highest ceiling in this draft?

TRC1991ParticipantMarcus Smart is terrific already and he’s yet to even develop a jumper

geothermalParticipantOtto Porter! this dude can defend and can shoot the ball

Hi its BenParticipantI think Oladipo does because of the rapid pace he has already. Who says he’s slowing down that development?

leftyballer24ParticipantIf he enters the draft

thricethefunParticipantAnthony Bennett and Alex Len have some pretty nice upsides

NJBrown5ParticipantBased off of where he’s drafted (projected anywhere from early 20’s to mid 30’s), Adams could end up turning into a Kenneth Faried-type player, averaging close to a double-double, shooting at a high percentage, and being an absolute terror on the defensive side of the ball.
Not the highest upside overall, but highest upside based off of where he’s drafted? Very possible.

darko4prezParticipantBennett, Burke, Oladipo lack the prototype size, Porter the quickness, Smart, Noel and Muhammad are missing fundamental elements to be complete, all-around talents.
Mclemore and Len each have the body and athleticism, the makings of a good jumper, and no major flaws. The mental side (work ethic, desire) could be a worry but I’m not in a position to judge that.

lalailaParticipantNoel..If we talking about upside? His ceiling might be Olajuwon type of DPOY with being one of leading rebounders and shot-blockers at the same time while being a very rare center top10 in steals..his ceiling says if he develops his offense and gets more touches he can playmake very very well like 4+ assists like Noah this year..
and with that type of length youth and athleticism what if his promising handles and first step becomes unstoppable for slower center? What if his already shown right and left running hooks become his go-to move and suddenly a young raw fella grows into Center who scores close to 20ppg..screams franchise player..
you can’t be protected #1 pick with knee injury at 19yo without having huge upside even in a weak draft like that

mini_marzParticipantI’m not saying it’s the highest in the draft but I’ve always thought that Isiah Austin potential could be threw the roof. Imagine if he added weight to his frame developed some post moves and was more aggressive. He already has plenty range one his jumper, rebounds pretty decent for a guy with very little strength and also is a good shot blocker.

FastAndFuriousParticipantArchie Goodwin could make a case as well, sounds crazy right now, but give him 2-3 years of hardwork and let his game polish up and match his athleticism, skys the limit.

usfballerParticipantI get the distinct feeling he’s going to be just like Omer Asik. Shik Diesel has obviously had a breakout season, but if u look at where he was when he finally came over, Steven Adams looks just like him: great size/strength, strong rebounder, good team defender with limited offense (dunk and putbacks). I would say Adams has better hands and Asik was more explosive off the floor, but still pretty close.
