Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantGreat match-up here with arguably the top-2 teams in the league.
The Pacers are 9-0 at home (2nd in the league) against the Heat, who sport a record of 7-3 on the road (4th in the league).
The Heat are 6th in the league in offense; the Pacers are 1st in the league in defense.
George and LeBron are both in the top-3 in MVP voting.
There are many more storylines than that; this is going to be a hell of a game.
Who do you guys got and by how much?

BloodFoLyfeThe pacers need more scoring or more defense to slow down the other teams scoring, they put a double team on Paul George and he’s having so much trouble. I still don’t like their bench to bad bird says he not trading granger and after all this time I think hes not kidding.
Pacers almost beat the heat last year in a few close games but now that they faced off the only improvement the pacers made is upgrading the back up pf and pg( some what). Every one says Paul George this and Paul George is that now is he a killer or Is he a super side kick ? I think the pacers are a great team but they need to get a defensive player off the bench who makes a impact or a offensive player off the bench that makes a impact. Their missing something and need to find it because regular season success doesn’t always equal playoff success.0 - Posted on: Tue, 12/10/2013 - 3:20pm #855714

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantLeBron has shut down Paul George but Ray Allen is letting George shoot wide open 3s.

BigChamp12ParticipantYou beat me to it! Paul George had a miserable and frustrated first half, but he owned the Heat in the 3rd qtr. Lebron had 3 fouls, so they had Ray Allen on George which was all George needed. He has atleast 14pts now after only scoring 2 in the first half. Ray keeps helping off of George as if he isn’t a shooter.
Lebron looks a little tired. D Wade has been absent.
The 4th quarter will be a good one.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantLeBron was non-existent in the 4th quarter.
He went 1-4 from the field, 2-4 from the free throw line and had 3 turnovers in the 4th.
Roy Hibbert was clearly the MVP on both ends of the floor. He dominated the paint on offense and shut it down on defense.
Miami is gonna have a hard time beating the Pacers in the playoffs. Especially if they can’t hit the three ball like tonight.

BigChamp12ParticipantLebron had a subpar 4th quarter and just couldnt get it going. When he got past the Defense, Hibbert was there waiting for him everytime.
It was a defensive game. Neither team seemed to get into a real rhythm. Hibbert was the biggest factor tonight. I still think the Heat will get past the Pacers, but they have to put up more points and they better hope Greg Oden can give them something when its time. Bosh wants no parts of Hibbert.

IndianaBasketballParticipantLeBron had a subpar 2nd half. He was what? 2-8? I was at the game tonight and it looked like he wore himself out defending George in the first half. He seemed to run out of gas in the second half. During that three-pointer he took, he had like no legs.

IndianaBasketballParticipantAs much as I’m rooting for Greg Oden, I think it’s nuts to expect him to make an impact vs Roy Hibbert. Other than fouls, Oden won’t make much of an impact this season IMO.
This was a great win tonight. I was really happy for PG24 that he was able to bounce back in the 2nd half. His confidence grows with every big matchup. The Heat have no answer for Hibbert.
I’m still concerned about the Pacers on offense though. Danny Granger comes back on Friday. Hopefully, he can stay healthy. IF he can give the Pacers even 10 points off of the bench, that’d be huge. I’m also concerned about their turnovers, which hurt them vs the Heat last season in the playoffs.
