Funny to watch these two teams. Easy to see these two teams will both be at the bottom of the standings by the end of the year however the Hawks are headed in the right direction while the Cavs just seem like a team with no direction.

Hawks bottomed out gathered assets and made trades to acquire players they see fitting for their vision. The Cavs have a mix of middle tier talent that dont mesh well with eachother and have no identity.

The Hawks are up by 5 right now and its anybodys game but what matters to me is Trae Young has played 30 minutes and has 30 points and 6 assists with 1 turnover while Collin Sexton has played 14 minutes with 4 points and 2 assists. So the Cavs arent playing through their prized lottery pick and main rebuilding piece yet they still may lose…to the Hawks.

Gonna be a long year for the Cavs. On the other hand the Hawks are one good draft away from being competitive and after scoring that Mavs pick they will likely get two top 10 picks in this years draft. I critisized the Doncic/Young trade heavily but I can hosetly say I was wrong and I now see the Hawks vision. Good job ATL.

you have one good player, a rookie with some promise and the rest are below medicore.  Cavs will be a lottery team this year, next year, the year after and the year after that.

Any chance the Cavs attempt to dump Love this year? If so what’s he cost?

I think they dump him at the trade deadline. This team isn’t competing for anything might as well get some youngins and draft picks for him.

Cavs got whooped by the Hawks the team I picked for the worst in the NBA. Crazy to think Lebron carried these scrubs to the finals man.. Lebron haters always laughing about Lebron always needs more help but he clearly had none last year.

absolutely No business being there & the 1st time he did it he was 23 years old – that has Never happened in NBA history

And in 2015, he gives the Warriors a Real run for their money after Kyrie & K Love both go down in the playoffs…..

Just to remind people of the 6 man rotation on that short handed 2015 Cleveland team that came within a game 1 OT loss of jumping out to a 3-0 Series lead: Timofey Mozgov was the 2nd leading scorer; JR Smith; Tristan Thompson; Matthew Dellavadova & Iman Shumpert (the last 3 players were 24 & under)

    Let that sink in –

Cleveland should trade K Love & try to get a 1st Round pick for him – Love is still a Really good player & he’s the prototypical Stretch 4/PF for the modern NBA – there are a Bunch of teams that could use Love

And Atlanta is looking good – Trae Young had a monster game & w/ Collins & Prince & a new young coach who’s a former Phila 76ers asst who is incorporating a fast paced action packed brand of Basketball the Hawks fans have something to watch even though they def have prob at least a 3 year Rebuild ahead of them – but at least they are on the right track
