Crazy game. I don’t know about anyone else but this seemed like the type of comeback you could see coming from a mile away. Atlanta is just so tough to guard when they are firing on all cylinders, especially with horford now extending his range out to 3 comfortably.

Nice perserverence by Minnesota to come back and win the game when Atlanta had all the momentum. Wiggins was huge down the stretch.

Don’t know what offense Mitchell was running when Atlanta was making their run. Wiggins was red hot during the first half but rarely touched the ball during the Hawks run. Good thing they got back to what worked for them in the 4th which is isolate Wiggins against Bazemore.

I think the NBATV crew mentioned 10 turnovers in that 3rd quarter! YIKES.
But the Wolves did just enough to hold on as the Hawks ran out of gas. (Couple of late no calls but whatever, Wolves were playing agressive at that point too)

Still it was very impressive that Minnesota got their bearings & scored the final 11 points to win….
Atlanta has a track team – I Luv watching them play….. constant motion, everyone moves w/o the ball, everyone committed to finding the open look….. Just a beautiful brand of Basketball…. Fun to watch that team play…..
How about Minnestoa!…. Wiggins & KAT are Legit…. After 9 straight losing seasons, the future looks sunny in Minnesota….

  I only hated on Wiggins as a small forward at his current weight.
  Now that the Wolves finally figured out in the middle of preseason that he’s much better suited for shooting guard, the results have spoken for themselves.
  Wiggins made himself part of the solution to that 3rd quarter collapse, and that means confidence, development, and improvement. You don’t get that kind of guts test when you’re tanking because you want to give LaVine 35 minutes a game next to Shabazz.
  There’s a reason I picked the Wolves to make the playoffs this year, and it’s not just because I’m smart. It’s because the Wolves showed in the middle of preseason that they know how to best use their personnel.

This is a GREAT story. I think Minny hangs in there all year and gets a playoff spot.
I really like how they brought KG back to Minny. He is THE T Wolve. T Wolf? Whatever…
I think it would be really, really cool if Kevin Garnett hangs on long enough to be on a T Wolves title team.
They might need another guy for a young core, but I doubt they get a high enough draft pick… Then again even if they DO make the playoffs they will still probably end up with a pick in the 15-20 range and there should still be some decent guys there.
