TRC1991Participant1-13 in their last 14 games with their only win coming over (who else, the Knicks)…The team is unraveling and coach Budenholzer can only do so much with a mediocre roster
It’s only a matter of time until Detroit takes the 8th spot

omphalosParticipantI really hope Detroit can sneak into that 8th spot, would be a great experience for Drummond/Monroe and would give Dumars a better idea of what he has in terms of a team, especially as far as Josh Smith goes.

Jr. ROXASParticipantHorford’s injury is a blessing in disguise. With him injured, they would be able to lose enough games to avoid making the playoffs as a 5th or 6th seed but ultimately get eliminated at the first round. Making the lottery this season is what this team needs. With Horford back next year and a possible top 10 pick this year in a loaded draft, they will be taking a big step in the right direction.

FastAndFuriousParticipantJeff Teague is my guy as everyone knows but dude is wayyyyyyyyy to inconsistent and his jumpshot has left him this year.
I dont think Teague will finish his contract out in ATL

KHAM83ParticipantSuch a Hawks thing to these injuries so late in the year. Should have happened sooner to give us chance at much better pick. This team was always over achieving when they were 3rd in the conference anyway.
As for Teague, I always doubted he finished Hawks contract, they matched him to keep him as an asset for future trades. I can see Orlando being interested in him if they do not solve their pg situation via the draft.

TyroberParticipantI agree that it could be a blessing in disguise. I’d love for them to have kept the 3rd seed in the conference and advanced into the second round, but getting a top 10 pick will be great. They wouldn’t have had a chance against the Pacers or HEAT obviously so getting a nice lottery pick in addition to coming back healthy next year will be nice.
