UNCbasketballbumParticipant9.6 seems really high for a supposed top five pick. I would’ve guessed he would bein the 5-6 range. Could this hurt his stock? From that alone, he doesn’t seem to be in peak physical condition.

SpacegrassParticipantI was a little surprised by that , I went to a few road games this year and got the chance to be around the team during shoot arounds and pre game/post game stuff and I thought he has lost some quickness due to putting on roughly 18-20lbs since his freshmen year. Cleveland has already said that they won’t let him slide past 4 so I assume 4 is a s low as he will go.

TyroberParticipantIt is towards the high end of the scale, but nothing to be worried about. Can’t wait for him to be a Cav.

SpacegrassParticipantRumor going around is Barnes Vertical was the highest of all the SG/SF prospects?

trtarheelParticipantit’s highest of all the prospects. maybe more than 40" max vert. i heard that his agility and sprint was also impressive.

HaleParticipantIf that’s the case then imagine the type of athlete he’d be at 5% body fat.

surveParticipantHe is muscular, but admittedly, he said he is trying to lose weight. I dont know if he will ever be at 5% though without weakening himself….because if you notice, he kinda has tree-trunk like calves/legs. Realistically, I can see him being a solid athlete if he can maintain 6.5-7% body fat. He is solid but looks like he just has a lot of water weight.

RICO 1981ParticipantYeah, when he did the running vert test I was like dang. I wonder why he wasn’t skying over people at UNC.

FastAndFuriousParticipantIt’s a difference between being able to jump high and being able to jump high and having explosiveness to go along with it.
Look at Nick Young he jumps higher than Russell Westbrook, but he doesn’t possess the explosiveness Westbrook has, which enables Westbrook to dunk on people even tho his max vert is only 36 inches while Young’s is 40.

akhan786ParticipantKeep in mind that Kyrie was coming off of a significant injury before the combine.
