A judge in Kentucky has sentenced former Wildcat player Ed Davender age 44 to 8 years in prison for his involvement in a Ticket Scam..

Davender received his sentence friday in Lexington.
He pleaded guilty in May to taking money for Kentucky basketball games, but not producing the Tickets..
His victims lost thousands of dollars in this scam..
He had been on Probation for running the same Scam in other Kentucky Counties…

Davender played with Kentucky from 1984-1988 and is 11th on the All-Time Scoring List..

I know people who got 3 years for attempted murder. 8 years seems lengthy.

Yeah it does sound UNFAIR..8 years for taking folks money and not producing the tickets.

i wonder who were his clients..remember Plexico got time in prison for accidently shooting himself…lmao!!

the courts should really really look into these laws..to us it seems unfair
