PlatypusParticipantATL probably wont draft a point guard since they have Jeff Teague but like a shooting guard, center or small forward is more likely

Tongue-Out-Like-23Participant#1. Don’t really like Luke Babbit going to the Jazz, I think they need a post player after Boozer leaves and Okur isn’t young anymore but I guess there’s always next year for that. So there really isn’t a problem there.
#2. I don’t think Memphis will take Patrick Patterson, they still have Zach Randolph, Marc Gasol, and Hasheem Thabeet (Who they still haven’t quit on) to play the post, maybe a backup SG or PG here?
BUT: Taking Patrick wouldn’t be a problem because Hasheem isn’t going to be any better.#3. Elliot Williams is probably a reach for the Celts, I had him going later but nothing wrong there. I could see him going 19th.
BUT: He’s some youth off the bench that the Celts really need and could eventually replace Ray Allen.#4. Again, Memphis taking another PF when they might need a backup at SF if Rudy Gay leaves.
Solid mock, those 4 problems I stated aren’t big issues except for #1 and #4.

PlatypusParticipant#2 i disagree, they would pick him for the powerforward for the future because Randolphs contract ends after next season.
#1 its possible he could go there because he would be a great kick out player for D. Williams
#3 Agree
#4 Agree they should select a scorer off the bench because they have 2 defensive stoppers in Thabeet and Brewer but not really any scoring

memphisgriz731Participanti like patterson at 12 now. i wasnt as in love with it at first but now i really like it because he is an nba ready guy and that what the griz need also he provides a better backup than darrell arthur so more depth. the way this draft is set up instead of larry sanders (even though i really like this guy alot) i think they would go after either quincey pondexter or stanley robinson with that 28 pick
