Rondo wouldn’t take any shots away from Anthony so I can see why he wants him. I don’t like the fit though, Rondo is at his best using his creative playmaking to get his teammates good shots, Carmelo gets the ball and goes iso, Kinda would waste Rondo’s talents. He would fit better at numerous other teams.

  rondo still makes every other player on the court better, and would work wonders playing along side melo when they go smallball in the pick and roll.

Who would they have traded to get him? The Knicks aren’t exactly loaded with good young players. Shumpert is alright but outside of him I don’t see many players with any trade value on their roster.

Who or what would Boston want in return for Rondo? Boston isn’t going to want any of their veterans since they are rebuilding and the young talent on the Knicks isn’t going to get Rondo from Boston. The only way I can see this happening is if they bring another team into the trade.
