Leonard WashingtonParticipantFor me it would have to be Julius Peppers…this guy was a beast on the grid iron and on the court..helping lead the Tarheels to the final 4 the year they had Joe Forte and Brenden Haywood..also there PG that year was also a multi sport star in Ronald Curry.
Thoughts?

PaulsJayhawksParticipantNeon Deion Sanders. Played 3 sports, football, baseball and track. Remember hearing he played a baseball game, then ran a relay leg then headed back and played the second half of the double header. Oh and football was his main sport of course.

Da1potParticipantBo Jackson…. He was all-pro in football and baseball. Plus he’s pretty good in NFL Street 2

JSakes22ParticipantJim Brown: Never saw him play but did a research project on him and he is truly a remarkable human being. Played both football and lacrosse at Syracuse and was (and maybe still is) considered the best football player and best lacrosse player ever. 1st team All-American in both sports.
…and
….Can I hear it for my man Charlie Ward?! Heisman Trophy winner and starting PG for the Knicks!! No man will ever accomplish such a feat again.

JoeWolf1Tony Gonzales was my favorite, he even played summer league one year, but he is no where close to an NBA player, but still one of the best TEs in NFL history

JSakes22ParticipantDonovan McNabb: Played both football and basketball at Cuse. Coming to the end of his playing days, but check out this dunk…My man had bounce!

Did Peppers even play significant minutes on the basketball team?

JoeWolf1Yeah, Peppers did, he only played 2 years because he didn’t want to risk getting injured, but I remember him as a big body who rebounded and scored a little. His best season was 7ppg 4 rpg

JNixonParticipantDefinitely Deion Sanders, even though I barely saw him in his prime.

Mr. ChicagoParticipantHe was drafted into the NBA, MLB, and NFL. I always liked his playing ability as well as the way he tried to stick it to Steinbrenner.

JoeWolf1Wilt Chamberlain was an elite track and feild athlete and was a conference champ in high jump while at KU. When you look at his numbers from college compared with the Olympic numbers at the time he could have been a medalist if he didn’t pursue a career in basketball.
Extremely impressive, but I can’t say he was my favorite because I’m too young to have ever seen him play live.
