After watching Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol play so well in the playoffs it reminded me that having 2 great post players on the court at the same time can never be a bad thing.  Yes i think they can play together.  Kanter is more athletic then people think.  He was actually hurt and was an hour away from sitting out of the Nike Hoop Summit where he broke records playing hurt.  After watching Kanter workout recently their is no doubt in my mind that he can start at either PF or C in the NBA and fit nicely alongside whoever.   I love Derrick Williams in fact I am not sold that the Cavs should draft Irving over Williams but with that said I dunno why the Wolves would draft him with Beasley already their.  That would be just as bad as taking back to back PG’s in the top 6.

I think Derrick Williams will be the better player. I’m a Minnesota fan so I have to say that the Wolves should draft the best player available. It just so happens that at the number two pick, there’s a lot of talent to be had. Enes Kanter could be great alongside Kevin Love but nothing is really guaranteed. If I were the Wolves, I would draft Derrick Williams and see what he can be in the regular season. If he’s not looking that great or Beasley isn’t playing up to expectations, I say we trade one of them to the Clippers to see if we can get our pick back. The chances of Enes Kanter or Derrick Williams becoming the star that the Wolves need isn’t as likely as a pick next year becoming their star. Just something to think about because the Clippers are already a great team on paper and are still getting better. Their major hole is at PG and SF which if we trade them Derrick Williams (who I think can be a GREAT SF in the league), I think we can get some good return on that.

I  think Kanter is the 2nd best prospect in this draft..And the TWolves need talent regardless of position..And Kanter is more athletic then people think…

But i’m also hearing they’re looking to trade that number 2 pick..I say they should trade that pick to Indiana for Paul George, the Pacers 15th pick and a player..George is on the verge of becoming a star…

Or trade the 2nd pick to the Cavs for their 4th pick and that 14 million dollar trade exception and try to sign Dalembert…

As a Wolves fan where are Williams and Beasley going to play?  Do you put them on the court as the same time because they are both virtually athletic undersized power forwards.  What do you do with Kevin Love who is a PF and not quite tall or long enough to play center consistently.

I don’t think having Williams and Beasley on the same team is even an option.  Draft Kanter.  I’m not sure if Kanter isn’t the best player in the draft.
