Wavy BagelsParticipantCan anyone help with this? I’ve been trying to look for Enes Kanter’s new diet plan in hopes to try it myself. I know it involves soups, salads and greek yogurt. If anyone knows about it, please inform a brother.

B FreeParticipantIt said it was maimly hos habits and woking out. Also if you read what he was eating, once you change that and start eating better anyone would lose a bunch and pair that with a personal trainer and youre good to go.

TyroberParticipantJust eat healthier and eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. Obviously exercising will help you lose weight, but changing your diet does just as much.

WinterSoldierParticipantIts a lean protein diet like Eggs, Fish, Seafood, Chicken and Beans(basically any variation of those) are the main staple of the diet also you eat Whole grain wheat, Vegetables and Fruit with whole Milk. I’ve been doing it for about two months and have lost 45lbs so far and am still losing weight. Basically you don’t eat any processed food like fast food, frozen meals, boxed meals, Candy. The four main foods you don’t eat if you want to lose weight are Sugar, White Flour/White Rice, Potatoes and anything that isn’t natural for the body(perservatives, corn syrup, sweetners, coffee) Also cut back on acohol. My typical diet looks like this
Morning: Fiber one cereal 1/2 C, 1/4 whole milk or 2 eggs and a piece of whole grain toast
Afternoon/snacks: Chips and salsa, a piece of fruit, and triscit crackers
Dinnner: Fish, Chicken or Beans with steamed vegetables and or brown rice.
In order to make something a habit you have to do for 66 days in a row so what I did was make up a calander and mark off each day and I have about 7 days left. Anyway it’s a great diet not just for losing weight but also being healthy so good luck my friend I hope this helps you.

Wavy BagelsParticipantThanks dude. I’ve lost a lot of weight since the past year, but now I want to get fit and it all starts with a strict diet and daily excerise routines. I gonna try your diet and make a few adjustments.

AbielParticipantGlad to know that you are into diet plans and related stuff,Well according to me we should have our own diet plan,So we can work according to that one.
For making a proper diet plan it is necessary to have common sense so we could work accordingly.Have clean and fresh food avoid food which contain fats and a lot of calories.0 - AuthorPosts
