knicksfreakParticipantBoth are big skilled SF’s. Who would you take?

mikeyvthedonParticipantBut it is Donte Greene, and I would most likely take Donte. Earl Clark had decent college numbers and more upside, but I think Donte has more of a skill set and a brighter future.

eprizzle14ParticipantDonte Green is a tricky one for me because when you look at his skill set you’d think he’s be a stud but when he was at Cuse he was inconsistant and had a poor shot selection. Some possesions he would get the rock and you could just tell he was going to take it; either a 3 (which he took a bunch of), or a contested shot.
I’ll take Clark because I think he can finish in the lane better and has better vision, a little more length and toughness.

jcl249ParticipantBecause he has more upside as in where Greene is like a bigger JR Smith not a good thing.

eprizzle14ParticipantWhats wrong with a bigger JR Smith. Maybe inconsistant but that’d be great to have off the bench. That said Greene doesnt have the quickness/handle to be a bigger Smith. Possibly an Outlaw with a better jumper at best IMO but.

dose2100Participanti would take clark because of his all around skill set… greene’s only main attributes are his size, and shooting ability… and his shooting ability is just good… he is also a above average athlete for his size…
clark has a great handle, especially for his size, and great vision… he should have been more aggressive in college, but he is not going to be a teams primary scorer in the league, so i don’t think that is important… he also plays great defense and rebounds well, two things that greene is not nearly as good at… plus, shooting is something that is easy to develop anyways, so i don’t feel it’s that important to have as a young prospect…

jcl249ParticipantI guess!

zruc57ParticipantGreene is more talented, but I don’t really know if I would that fool on my team. If Greene had stayed in college this year I would be almost anything that he would be selected before clark.

auberParticipantThis is not even close. Greene is a poor man’s Rashard Lewis. I don’t know who Clark would compare too, but I’m definitely taking him over Greene in the long run.

Mr. BasketballParticipantclark. his b-ball IQ and work ethic are far better and will help him have a better shot at reaching his potential than greene.

glm51391ParticipantI believe that earl clark has far more potential because he has not peaked yet I believe that if donte greene wouldve stayed at syracuse for another two years he would be much better developed as far as strength and decision making. Although donte greene has a range up to 26 feet he can take poor shots. Earl Clark on the other hand has range only up to 17 feet on a consistent basis. He sort of has a game similar to anthony randolph. And donte greene is like a rashard lewis with less strength.

JNixonParticipantI think Earl Clark will be better. He competes on d well, passes more and better, and will get his nose dirty on the boards more than Greene. For all the hollerin about Clark not being tough, he would honestly make Greene look like a girl in the barbie store when you compare their toughness. All Greene does is settle for jumpers over and over again. Yes, he is more talented than Clark but he is very soft

drew2288ParticipantClark is a guy who has more skills than greene. Greene is a guy who has just shoots three. Clark does it all that why so many guys are high on him. if he was more consistent he would be a top five pick. He can be another Lamar Odom or Julian Wright

tli232If I’m a playoff team looking for a great role player/ sixth man who can come in and shoot the rock off the bench a la James Posey, I’m going with Greene.
If I’m a lottery pick and need a fringe starter who can drive, create, and play decent defense, Clark’s my man.

STEVEDOT2ParticipantGreene has a drive game but he will need to develope it more for the nba level.
