Has anyone heard if the Draft age is going to change under the new CBA?

I haven’t heard an official answer yet, but most likely it is going to happen. What I really want to know is weather they will try to implement the rule this year. I hope not, I much rather it be next year…..

      1.  I really dont want to redo my entire 2k12 draft class.

      2.  Every 19 yr. old  prospect is going to want to jump the draft this year.

Well I only have two reasons (LOL).

It would only be for incoming freshmen?.  Not the ones already there.

I only want to see players stay 2 years in ncaa… in order to build their personality as their knowledge of the game and physical attributes.

the nba game lost too much with that immature underachieved generation of players between 98 and 05

therefore ncaa would be more interseting as this year…

we have routinely seen far too many examples of guys ready for the nba after 1 season of college for me to support a second mandatory season of college. Plus its not the nba’s responsibility to improve the college game. I hope it stays the same.

"Of the so-called B-list issues still to be resolved, I’m hearing the ‘Two and Thru’ move to raise draft eligibility is very likely to happen"

"People keep asking about draft age rule: Still needs to be negotiated, but several team executives believe it will remain the one-and-done."

I hope it changes to 2 years.  So many underdeveloped freshmen come out too early – NBA teams draft them based on hype and potential, not actually skill and achievements in the NCAA game
