Normally I agree with you but on this one I have to Disagree. Amar’e has the rest of this year and next year on his contract. If he doesn’t like Memphis (which his agent said he wants to go to a big market & championship team) then they traded their life for 1 year of Amar’e. Don’t think thats a great idea. Amar’e wants a big contract. The biggest he can get is from the Suns if they don’t trade him, but if they do, then his bird rights are gone… So he might as well go to whatever team is best fit because they will offer him the same contract as everyone else. If they do pull the trigger on that trade and if they are in the lottery next year, then Amar’e is gone for sure!!!
I’m calling it now, Amar’e to the Knicks in 2010… So is Steve Nash, if I’m correct on his contract….
