I’m not shocked. Cleveland got up for this game. Boston game off a tough defensive rough game vs Miami.

Hickson played well and they beat Boston without Mo Williams.

Boston just did not show up and Cleveland was making some tough shots.  I mean it is ironic to beat Lebron and the Heat and lose to Cleveland without Lebron or their second best player last year in Mo Williams.

Most of you guys might think that I’m CRAZY when I say this, but I actually think that Cleveland might be a better team without LeBron. Last year, everything ran all through LeBron. LeBron would just get the ball and penetrate and just kick the ball out out or shoot it, and it was the same thing over and over again. The other players were so restricted last season. Now, they have much more freedom and they have an offensive-minded coach in Byron Scott. I’m not saying that they will have a better or even the same record that they had last season, but I think that they will surprise people and might even sneak up on people and get a late playoff seed.

I think Cleveland is much better then people think because like you said everything ran through LeBron. Now other players are getting their chance and they are better then we all thought. To say they are better though. They won’t win 60 like they did last year, but I agree that they could make the playoffs. After watching the Heat last night, it’s easy to see how his teammates were underrated, he is very ball dominant.

back to back, from boston to cleveland over night, emotional game, high intensity. its not a total shock to see a let down after the big win against the heat. and like most teams the celtics are still getting used to the new faces. plus, cleveland has been together for the past few years just minus lebron. so again im not shocked but at the same time boston should win this kind of game.

Yep… Old team caught a energized team on the second game of a back to back.

Great win for Cleveland though. Good to see a packed house even without LeBron.

Old team, back to back after playing REALLY hard last game, they were basically drained.  Yes I’m taking all the credit away from Cleveland.

Hickson isn’t going to drop 20+ every game. Hollins isn’t going to drop 10.

no way is cleveland a better team without lebron…they might be in the running for that number 8 seed..

but cleveland ran an usual offense that confused the celtics…and with no go to scorer they moved the ball around and found the open man…

plus the cavs shut down allen and pierce and forced rondo to score..and anytime rondo is the celtics leading scorer they’re gonna lose..

With or without Lebron James he brought basketball back to Cleveland.

Fans still have a reason to cheer and thats to win without James to really slam it to him.

Either way fans will be at the games and Cleveland is still a passionate basketball town without Bron and that is great to see.

I was watching this game waiting for Boston to make a big run and it never happened they just got outplayed in the 4th qtr.  Well its one of the 25 wins that they are gonna get this year because this team is not good at all.  Only thing good on this team is the coach and I think he is gonna have this team in a lot of games but they still are gonna be a bad team.  I still cant believe they won the game though.

Chi Town 1980 u got a hot arse avatar pic I wish I could find a pic of the Philly skyline like that.

Yeah Cleveland is still a bad team and no the players are not better then we thought without Lebron.  However Scotts Princeton offense will cover up a lot of their deficiencies by dispersing the offense.  I’m surprised that Hickson put up 21 points against Boston’s interior but then again Cleveland doesn’t really have anybody on that team that can score.

What’s shocked me even more then Boston losing was the fact Jamison had zero impact on the game…Is he done?  Did Bron leaving drain the rest of the juice out of his career?
