OhCanada-ParticipantThat sucks. He was looking really good and was in contention for 1st pointgaurd off the board come draft day. Hope he has a smooth recovery he was quickly becoming one of my favourite players.

IndianaBasketballParticipantThe timeframe of his recovery suggests that Garland and his family opted to have his meniscus repaired instead of cut out, which was a great decision. Of course his season will be lost, but he’ll have a healtheir knee long term.
As long as he recovers 100% (the repair holds), I don’t see him returning to college. He’ll impress scouts in workouts and receive a first round guarantee.
