who wins the battle of top western conference centers tonight(Bynum vs Kaman)?

with USC now out of the question, does the pac 10 get 3 teams in the tournamant?

other then minnesota, who is the worst team in the west?

will Paul Millsap become a force next year assuming Boozer is gone?

do the nets surpass the record of 9 wins?

Kaman chews up and spits out Bynum if (big if) he can stay out of foul trouble from helping out on Kobe, Lamar, and Ron!

who wins the battle of top western conference centers tonight(Bynum vs Kaman)? Kaman wins in the stats area of course, but the Lakers will smack the Clipps I think….* Also I heard Griffin is making his debut on the 20th of this month(if everything goes as expected)

with USC now out of the question, does the pac 10 get 3 teams in the tournamant?Don’t know much about college basketball divisions

other then minnesota, who is the worst team in the west?Talent wise I would say the Hornets…Outside of CP and Emeka they are trash

will Paul Millsap become a force next year assuming Boozer is gone? No, I don’t see him as a scoring threat on a consistent basis…He will be a solid 18-10 type player IMO

do the nets surpass the record of 9 wins?Yeah, I think so…They are just back to being healthy, Yi has been playing well…and they are looking to make some trades

who wins the battle of top western conference centers tonight(Bynum vs Kaman)? Bynum (both game and stats)

with USC now out of the question, does the pac 10 get 3 teams in the tournamant? No

other then minnesota, who is the worst team in the west? Warriors by default. Them and Minny are the only teams i don’t think have a shot in the West at the play-offs.

will Paul Millsap become a force next year assuming Boozer is gone? He will be like LaMarcus Aldridge putting up solid numbers, but teams will start to figure him out as he becomes more important to Utah and they will plan for him offensively.

do the nets surpass the record of 9 wins? At this point no, but i hope i’m wrong.

who wins the battle of top western conference centers tonight(Bynum vs Kaman)?-I’ll go with Bynum, but wouldn’t be surprised either way.

with USC now out of the question, does the pac 10 get 3 teams in the tournamant?-possible. Oregon is playing great right now with Michael Dunigan finally healthy and putting up 21-12 over the last 3 games. Cal and Wash should both be in, so if someone else like oregon could win the conference tourney, then that gives them 3 reps.

other then minnesota, who is the worst team in the west?-i guess warriors even though they have shown the ability to be much more competitive recently.

will Paul Millsap become a force next year assuming Boozer is gone?-no. maybe 15 and 10, but not anything crazy and probably not worth that contract he signed.

do the nets surpass the record of 9 wins?-I still say they get to at least 10 wins, but it’s getting nervous time.

Kaman. He’s the Clippers’ first option, so they’ll establish him from the tip. BD and Kaman have really developed some chemistry. Kaman scores in a variety of ways. The only way he doesn’t have the better game is if the Lakers double him and force him to pass. Kaman struggles passing out of doubles, especially when he gets doubled turning towards the baseline. Not only that, I think the Clippers will win this one. The Lakers are without Gasol and on the 2nd game of a back to back.

    I doubt it.

I’d have to go with Golden State. They only have two more wins than Minnesota.

I doubt he’ll become a “force”, but he’ll put up very good numbers in a starting role.

Sadly… No. I don’t think this team will even get ten wins.

NOPE- they will get 2 teams- California & Washington

Teams like Arizona St., Oregon, & Wash St. have a slight chance to make the tournament but they can only lose 2 or 3 conference games from here on & I just don’t see that happening.  The problem with these teams are their non-conference schedules have been super weak.  None of these teams have any resume building wins.

gatorheels, I agree that cal and wash are the only tournament caliber teams, but oregon is coming on strong and dunigan is taking over and they just beat washington and are undefeaeted in conference play. If they keep it up they could get there. Also it’s not impossible that either wash or cal get beat in the conerence tourney so that would give them 3 teams with whoever wins the tournamnet.

perez- true, Cal & Wash are both beatable in that conference tourney but I expect one of those 2 to win it.  Catron for Oregon hasn’t been playing lately (i don’t know why, hurt?, suspended?).  He is a good tough post player. If Catron was playing for them I would have more confidence in them. Little Porter can light it up at times but he can also get cold quick & hurt the team.  Dunigan has some nba potential I think if he keeps improving.  Oregon just hasn’t beaten anyone impressive. I mean they are 10-4 but their two best wins have been the last 2 @Wash & @Wash St. It really hurts them that they have lost games to mid-major schools like St.Mary’s, Portland, & Montana.  The tournament comity isn’t going to like that haha.  I expect them to lose about 5 or 6 more games…that probably won’t be good enough. They will have to win the conference tourney.

with USC now out of the question, does the pac 10 get 3 teams in the tournamant? I see California and Washington making it, and getting knocked out in the 1st or 2nd rounds (I think it’ll be 1st round). Neither one defends like a tourny team will need to, nor do they have enough balance offensively…

other then minnesota, who is the worst team in the west? Golden State. They’re one of the more talented teams, but they have chemistry and line-up problems.

will Paul Millsap become a force next year assuming Boozer is gone? If by “force” you mean like 17 and 10, then yes.

do the nets surpass the record of 9 wins? Yes. I just came from a game with them in it (they played the Hawks) and boy. They are a team in need of a facelift…They were ratched. Especially defensively..
