More pressure? LeBron- obvious I think

Best matchup? Wade/Rose- 2 Chicago kids battling it out for the finals

More important to their team? Mayo- Been stepping up big time this series, need another big game form him Sunday. Also, he is upping his value with every game played.

Best bench? Bulls- Bench Mob brings a lot of defense and energy.

Best 3 man rotation (bigs)? Gasol, Randolph, Arthur- Randolph has been unstoppable and Gasol equally as impressive.

Best 5 man rotation (wings)? Heat; Bibby, Wade, James, Chalmers, Jones- HEAT win this on LBJ and Wade alone.

The least amount of pressure will be on Memphis if they win Game 7.  The most pressure will be on Miami.  I think the 2nd most amount of pressure will be on Chicago because they are the number one overall seed and have the MVP and the COY.  Plus, they play in a huge media market who are looking for a new Bulls dynasty after the MJ years.  There will also be some pressure to protect home court.

Dallas is on a great run, but all the focus will be on the Eastern Conference Finals.  The Mavs have veterans who have gone pretty far before so I think they will be able to handle the big stage.

I think the most important player is OJ Mayo.  If he really steps up then the Grizzlies can go all the way.  If Terry stays hot then the Mavericks can win it.  I am not sure that the Bulls and Heat have a wildcard player off the bench that can carry them for more than a game or 2.  The Heat’s most important bench guys are James Jones and Mario Chalmers.  I would give the edge to Chalmers because he might be the only guy who can stay in front of Rose.  He can also hit some big shots.  If he gets hot then the Heat will be that much more dangerous.  James Jones and Kyle Korver might cancel each other out.  For the Bulls, if Taj Gibson plays great then I think the Bulls have a chance.  I like his defense and "live body" more than Carlos Boozer.  Taj Gibson and Darrell Arthur are the two most important backup big men left.  Both can finish strong, block shots, and get some rebounds.

If LeBron James is the best player on the floor against Chicago then the Heat will win.  I think Wade and Rose will have similar numbers, and the Bulls bigs (Noah, Boozer, Gibson, and Asik) will match Bosh’s production for the Heat.  If LeBron destroys Deng then the Heat win.  If Deng can somehow stay with LeBron (on offense and defense) then the Bulls have a chance.

Best bench: Mavs with Terry, Barea, Peja if they all get hot like they did in game 4 against the Lakers.  They also have Haywood who is a good backup center.  I really like the Grizzlies bench with OJ, Shane Battier, Darrell Arthur, and Greivous Vazquez.  OJ can score, Arthur can finish, and Shane Battier can play inside, outside, defend, and hit big shots.  The Bulls’ bench is overrated especially if Kyle Korver is cold. Asik is decent, but Taj Gibson is the only athlete off the bench, but he is somewhat undersized.  Their bench is really not that much better than the Heat’s.  James Jones is as good as Korver or better.  I like Chalmers more than Watson.  The Heat also have Mike Miller who can make some plays.  Udonis Haslem has the experience that Taj Gibson lacks.  Dampier and Joel Anthony are about even with Kurt Thomas and Omer Asik.  Dampier and Anthony are better shot blockers.

Most important star: Jason Kidd.  If he can control the tempo, get all the Mavs going, play good defense, and hit some 3’s then the Mavs have a great shot at winning the whole thing.  Whoever wins the point guard battle out West (Kidd vs. Westbrook/Conley) has a great chance to win the series.

Most important stat: If Chicago dominates the backboards then they can beat Miami.  They can’t allow easy second chance points, need to get some put backs of their own, then make Miami a two man team.  The two benches are about even, but the Bulls can’t let a Heat reserve get hot.  Noah needs to have  great series and grab 14 or 15 rebounds a game.  He also needs to block 3 or 4 shots a game and get some put backs and easy baskets.  That would take some rebounding and scoring pressure off Boozer.  Gibson and Asik need to bring energy and more rebounding off the bench.
