    Alot of times you see vets like Smush Parker join a team and participate in their summer league. So why do you think Steve Francis just didnt do the same thing at age 31. The guy dropped a ton of weight last summer and I know he has to have some of that game he possessed still in him. Could’ve got on a roster and really proved himself as a vet who can help a young squad or contender.
