Harrison Barnes will average 20ppg and win rokkie of the year next year. For all the negs he led his team in scoring even though the offense didnt fit him and he was the second or third option in the halfcourt. They primarily rand down the court and ifnthere were no easy layups they dumped it into zeller.

if you say Barnes was the 2nd or 3rd option I want to know who you thought was the 1st option? Cuz Im questioning if you watched UNC ball at all

UCLA went to back to back final fours with Jordan Farmar, Shipp and others recently. That is what will make Shabbazz tresend as a player in UCLA

Didnt they already say Oden is out for next year?

 How did UNC’s offense not fit Barnes?  They played up-tempo with an elite passing pg leading the break.  For another team, Barnes would not have gotten nearly as many open looks and would have drawn much more attention from the defense.  I am not sure there was another team in college basketball that afforded Barnes the opportunities he had at UNC.

I will give him the Barnes argument , not that Barnes will score 20ppg , but he was at best the second option in Roy’s system.  Roy’s system is PG and big guy dependent and Zeller was the go to guy last season and it was arguable who was the second optiion between Henson and Barnes.  I will say if Barnes is a Cav , I think he has 20ppg potential that could actually happen due to Irving and the fact Barnes and Irving are tight.

Spacegrass made my point for barnes if u actually watched unc in the halfcourt it was pass to the bigs and space out. If you heard about barnes at the lebron camps or paul camp no one made any issues of his dribling or inside game because he has it its just the offense didnt call for it so he playe the role williams asked him to play.
