MagikKnickParticipantBoth looking good, another battle in this game too look out for is DeAndre Jordan vs JaVale McGee, 2 projects, with huge upside…interesting to see how they develop
And the much anticipated debut of Big Sofo is underway…

JNixonParticipantJavale McGee is a much better offensive talent than people credit him for being. I swear he is.

stanford hoopsis d.jordan ever gonna get better. i remember people on here saying they know he was doing some super hard workout during the summer yet he looked like the same deandre during the season…..bledsoe is looking good as a scorer but not so much as a “point guard”..handles looks a lil shakey and court vision isnt the best. hes showing he can score though

McDunkinim just now tuning in, has sofo played yet?

FastAndFuriousParticipantYea I was jus gonna say Bledsoe is looking very quick and speedy and bouncy, but his point guard skills (Ball Handling, Vision) arent there really, he is scoring tho

bobforteParticipantbledsoe looks like a smaller version of dwade. Sometimes though he’s moving so fast he’s out of control. But like you all said good speed and athletism.

Trying to watch Mayo develope as PG is interesting.
Bledsoe vs. Wall is also great to watch.

FastAndFuriousParticipantIf Bledsoe can control his speed and quickness he will be very very good, he can get anywhere he wants and has the ability to finish….and he just DUNKED! lol

Toronto16ParticipantI know the old adage, “it’s just summer league” but John Wall looks like he is going to be a super duper star.

FastAndFuriousParticipantHow is Jeff Teague and Jordan Crawford looking for Atlanta?

JNixonParticipantWall is playing better than yesterday, but he still is turning it over more than I’d care to see. He’s got sprinter speed.
DeAndre Jordan relies heavy on his athleticism, and has regressed from last year IMO. He had an unblockable jump hook as a go-to move in the SL last year. Hasn’t gone to that yet this game.
Nick Young still looks good scoring. STILL needs to improve his shot-selection and overall basketball IQ though. He can score, just needs a fresh start with another team in a J.R. Smith type role
Eric Bledose reminds me of Kyle Lowry. Strong, athletic guy who has limited floor vision and really can get to the rim. Not likely to make guys better and not yet the defender Lowry was at the same stage though, but I think he’ll get there.
Al-Farouq Aminu is a little too raw right now. Really shaky perimeter skills and shooting ability.

0 - Posted on: Mon, 07/12/2010 - 6:26pm #353016
FastAndFuriousParticipantOk im still excited about Bledsoe’s potential but he is playing WAYYYYYYY to out of control now
0 - Posted on: Mon, 07/12/2010 - 6:32pm #353026
stanford hoopsyeah..turning that thing over like hotcakes…wall is too. bledsoe will be playing the back up pg role anyway so its not a real big deal unless hes turning it over alot in the back up minutes he get
0 - Posted on: Mon, 07/12/2010 - 6:44pm #353039
FastAndFuriousParticipantHe’s getting to the line really well now(Bledsoe), I give it about a year or 2 and he will be a starting PG
0 - Posted on: Mon, 07/12/2010 - 6:47pm #353044
