BasketballGuru24ParticipantIn an exhibition game in Canada, incoming freshman point guard Brandon Knight scored 31 points for Kentucky.
“Brandon scores 31 points on 19 shots, makes every free throw and doesn’t turn the ball over his first time out,” Calipari said. “Let me say this guys, he was nervous before the game. He wanted to go throw up. I said, `If you don’t have butterflies and aren’t nervous before the game you probably shouldn’t play for me.”‘

when anyone talks about this guy , they always have to undermind him and go straight to talking about kyle irving. Irving is a great PG, but gotta give Brandon knight some credit, dude has some excellent defense, and is extremely quick. Who would you compare him to?

WrecklessParticipantBrandon Knight is a great basketball player, my comparison was Mayo but im not sure now because I think he will show his passing ability to shut everyone up. I really wouldnt be surprised if he put up the same amount of assists as Wall did.
He is quick (Not John Wall quick), to blow by defenders and finish at the lane. He has an outside jumpshot (Unlike Wall) he also has nice handles and the ability to play great defense. And yeah, when someone post a single thing about Brandon Knight someone just has to post about Kyrie Irving.
I also think you giys forget to stop and think. The kid is 17 years old, has won two National Gatorade POY’s, and he will step into Kentucky with a year full of xredits before he puts his pen to a paper. Not to mention he is extremley humble and has a great worth etgic.
I think when its its all said and done, people will look back at him as the top prospect in his class. I can bank on it.
I cant wait fir someone to post under me and try to bash Knight. Im pretty sure even Dhamp will believe he is going to be a great player.

canesboy6ParticipantI hate Kentucky, but Im glad another kid from South Florida is getting recognition. The Kid is a very underrated athlete, and is big. I think he is 6’2 barefoot. He is very quick with his first step.
BK is going to blow up but the best PG in this class is Josh Selby and it isn’t even that close.

WrecklessParticipantHow is Josh Selby the best PG in his class?
He way much more of a 2 then a 1. The ony thing Selby has over Knight is athleticsism.0 - Posted on: Mon, 08/16/2010 - 2:20am #376969

NashyMingParticipantKanter still has eligibility issue and can’t play NCAA game, so he stayed in the US and didn’t join the trip.
