Agreed

He'd make a great backup to James Harden in Houston. Miami would work if they wanted an heir to Wade. They'd have to trade for a pick though.

Agree with the Spurs, Pop is

Agree with the Spurs, Pop is pretty good at getting the best out of guys, and Goodwin has more talent than he showed for.

i think he's about 2-3 years

i think he's about 2-3 years away from contributing, so i would say the clipps since they're using veteran guards chauncey billups, jamaal crawford and willie green to compete with now and can have goodwin for the long term.

really I don't think he will

really I don't think he will be a good fit for any team at this point..he has a lot to work on and far from being a professional.

Pheonix- With the last pick

Pheonix-

With the last pick of the first round the Suns could pick up Goodwin and allow him to develop slowly, but without a real star or even a building piece at the SG position going forward, the Suns could give Goodwin sporadic minutes towards the end of his rookie year. With an uptempo system they could take advantage of Goodwin's open court speed in transition opportunities. Now, I don't think Goodwin is the long term solution for them, but I think he could be a contributor in the right system and maybe he will tap into his full potential. In all reality, I view him as a younger, cheaper Shannon Brown type option for the Suns, but thats a good thing.

goodwin

I've had goodwin at the 30 spot in my mock for awhile now. Pho. have a big hole at the 2 and I just can't find many ways to move him up.

Whoever doesnt mind

Whoever doesnt mind developping him in the dleague for a few years.I did like him in college and im sure if it wasnt for all the talent coming in at Kentucky,he would have stayed. Therefore I hope he gets a first round guarantee.Whether he does or not,hes going to dleague.
