this kid a freshman from Minnesota has very exciting game to watch, he could be somthing special in years to come, might have the best ball handling skills in the country, very good range and good feel for the game, remind me Nick Young!

The only exciting thing about the Gophers this year has been Trevor Mbakwe.  Granted, the Gophers lost Al Nolen for the year and that hurt us big time.  I do believe Hollins can be a good college player down the line, but he has a long way to go.

As far as the Gopher program goes, I have to admit that Tubby has been a disappointment so far.  He is in his fourth year, and the Gophers have yet to compete for a Big Ten title.  I thought that he would come in and instantly turn the program around, and it looked like he was doing that after year one, but since then he has regressed.  He has been unable to recruit top notch talent to MN, his players haven’t improved under him (especially Ralph Sampson III, I’m sick of hearing about his potential, he’s a junior it’s time to put it together), and his offensive schemes are horrible.
