SubZeroParticipantWhat defines “athleticism”?
Is it your vert, 40 time, etc.? Or is it more based on stuff like being able to contort your body in midair? Cuz I think I’m pretty athletic, but my vert and speed need a lot of work

sheltwon3Participantyou can be athletic but not elite because if you are elite you can do all of the above and at a great level.

sheltwon3ParticipantI used to be athletic and still have a little left over but I am like 5’9″ I could dunk in high school and I was pretty quick but not fast.
