McDunkini remember watching all of it afterschool on cartoon network…i forgot what it was called but it was like 3 hours long and this cartoon robot was the host around the time dbz finally ended the i started to lose interest but we had a channel called "Action" and did see the two shows/movies you mentioned on there way back then

I haven’t watched it since I was a kid, but they’re playing that Goku vs Frieza saga so I thought I’d check that out. That super sayian ish used to get me kinda pumped up lol.

I never got into anime besides Miyazaki, but there are a few good movies out there. I watched Akira a looong time ago, and don’t remember it too well. Paprika was awesome though.
Never been into any anime series unless you count The Boondocks.

TylerTallenParticipantI’ll give a plug for Slam Dunk. Made a long time ago, and the technical knowledge in the series isn’t exactly bulletproof, but it was an enjoyable series based on one of the all-time most-read mangas in Japan.
Also, the first season of Death Note was one of the best seasons of television I’ve ever seen, anime or not.

EntropyParticipantFor those who havn’t watched it, i would highly recommend the movie "Spirited Away". It’s pretty old (2001) but was a great unique movie.
