matrix061086ParticipantInteresting concept, however if we are talking about a pre-injury Grant Hill and pre-injury Elton Brand then you need to adjust the starting lineup.
I would say:
C Duncan
PF Brand
SF Hill
SG Carter
PG PaulBrand and Boozer is a toss-up, but I go with Brand because he’s better defensively. Plus, Duncan can play high-post to Brand’s low-post. Jamison is good, but he’s such a tweener. He’s better off coming off the bench on this team. I think the weak-link of the team is probably at SG. There isn’t much depth, and you need depth for the times VC makes you mad from lack of defense and jacking up contested shots.

golobosParticipantI agree for the most part but my starting 5 would look like this…
1. CP3
2. Vince
3. Josh Howard
4. Tim Duncan
5. Rasheed Wallace (Dont understand why he’s not on any of ya’ll teams)6. Antoine Jamison
7. Carlos Boozer
8. Luol Deng
9. Grant Hill
10. Marvin Williams
11. Corey Maggette
12. Raymond Felton*short on 2 guards so my wild card would be Stephen Curry

crispcountyParticipantI like your line-up matrix061086, however, I would make one slight adjustment. BASED ON TALENT, i would take Rasheed Wallace over Brand & Boozer. Wallace is definitely a hot-head, but his talent is undeniable! Thus, i would say:
C Duncan
PF Wallace
SF Hill (pre-injured)
SG Carter

aio2002ParticipantAll of you guys are leaving out Shane Battier and Dahntay Jones. Ask any Rocket and they’ll tell you how valuable Battier is. And I think Jones might become a more athletic Bruce Bowen.

aio2002ParticipantDon’t forget about Flip Murray too…solid bench player for the Hawks.
