6 under the radar performers thus far...........

Nikola Mirotic

  • Putting up 22/11 in just 31 minutes per game. The Pelican offense has been great for both his and Randles numbers. Big money coming his way this offseason.

DeAndre Jordan

  • Sure, his 12/14 splits with 65% from the field is what we've come to expect. But what's really flying under the radar is his 83% FT percentage on 3.6 attempts. Really did not see that coming.

Tobias Harris

  • Efficiency. He's getting it done with 21/8.5 on 53% shooting with only 1.6 to's. Stud, and it's looking like he made a very good decision to bet on himself turning down that 80mil extension this past summer.

Danny Green

  • He's looking like the 2014-15 version of himself again, before he was awarded his big contract. He's the epitome of a low usage, 3&D stud with 1.2stls, 1.1blks & 2.5three's per game. Big contributor toward Toronto's league leading start this year.

Buddy Hield

  • He's looked fantastic thus far. 19pts, 6rebs, almost 3assists with 2.4three's per game on an awesome 53% clip from the field. Is the breakout upon us? Or is this mostly a hot shooting stretch to start the year? Somewhere in the middle is most likely.

Josh Richardson

  • He's up from 10.8 up to 17.2 shot attempts per game this year, and he's knocking 3.1 three's per game on 41.2% from the outside. Good defensive output as well, per usual. Potential all-star reserve this year if Miami is above .500 at the all star break

Seems like he’s always under

Seems like he’s always under the radar, but Tobias Harris is quietly having a great year. I didn’t think the Clippers would be competitive after losing Paul, Griffin and Jordan, but Harris has really stepped up this year and looks like a scoring machine during stretches and his game elevated them. Easy to forget he’s only 25 and could still get better.

Kemba Walker 28-6

Nemanja Bjelica 15-6

How about Nicola Jokic averaging 17-10-8. He could almost average a triple double !!

Miami were very firm that

Miami were very firm that they didn't want to move Richardson in part of the Jimmy Butler trade...

Sabonis seems to be better

Sabonis seems to be better than Myles Turner every time I watch the Pacers.

Turner is actually one of my biggest disappointments so far. After everything I heard this offseason about how he changed his diet and improved his flexibility I was expecting a breakout season. Instead it seems like he’s regressed somewhat.

It's not just Harris with the Clippers. Gallo is also averaging a very effecient 20ppg, 5.7 rpg, 1.7 apg, 2.2 3's and 5.4 FTM on 98% with only 1.1 TO.

Doncic needs acknowledgement,

Doncic needs acknowledgement, even as a highly rated rookie. Caris LeVert and WCS too.
