And there a bunch of games on tap this week that will go a long way towards deciding regular-season titles and setting the seeds for some of those tournaments.

Tuesday provides a particularly busy night of action.

The Big Ten’s two best teams, No. 5 Wisconsin and 15 Maryland hook up in College Park.

The 2015 NBA Trade Deadline has come and gone. Over 30 players changed teams in total, which is a record for a deadline day in the NBA. While there weren't any blockbuster trades including any of the leagues premier players, there were plenty of deals that went down and some that will undoubtedly affect the playoff race in both conferences. We saw top teams like the Hawks, Spurs, Warriors and Raptors let the deadline pass without making a deal while teams like the 76ers continue to make head scratching moves that almost make you wonder what direction the organization is tr

T.Jones & M.PaigeT.Jones & M.PaigePittsburgh took a big step toward getting itself into the “at-large” hunt with its win at home against North Carolina Saturday.

And it would be firmly in position to get one of those 37 slots on March 15 if it is able to come out of Charlottesville Monday night with a win against No. 4 Virginia.

But the biggest ACC game this week takes place Wednesday night in Cameron Indoor Stadium.

LeBryan NashLeBryan NashDuring the past week there hasn’t been a hotter team in the Big 12 than Oklahoma State, and their senior swingman, LeByran Nash, has been leading the charge. The Cowboy’s premiere scorer and wing defender has averaged 19 points, 5 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and a steal per game as OSU knocked off Texas, Kansas and Baylor in a 5 day span.

Junior wing Josh Jackson's team went up against sophomore center DeAndre Ayton's. Jackson led Prolific Prep to a 7 point victory, 85-78.

Monday is a “Big Night” in the overall scheme of things, Big 12 Conference basketball-wise, with Oklahoma State at Baylor and Iowa State at Oklahoma.

On tonight, that nightly (or daily) game of “Is this the game Kentucky stumbles and suffers its first loss?” resumes when the Wildcats of Coach John Calipari are in Baton Rouge to face LSU.

The Tigers have a pair of posts (in sophomores Jordan Mickey and Jarrell Martin) who probably the most equipped with their Kentucky counterparts better than anyone in the country.
