USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the American Family Insurance ALL-USA New York Boys Basketball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2014-15 season.

The longtime coach guided his alma mater to a 26-1 record, a second consecutive public school Class A state championship and what had been the longest active winning streak in the state. The Tartans won 53 consecutive games, including last year’s Federation title, before losing in overtime in this season’s Federation semifinals.

Cheick Diallo, F/C, Our Savior New American (Centereach), 6-9/225, Sr.
Diallo averaged 17.6 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks while helping the Pioneers to a 22-12 record. He was selected to play in the McDonald’s All-American game and Jordan Brand Classic, was named a Naismith second-team All-American and is a two-time Gatorade state player of the year. Diallo is ranked the No. 11 overall recruit and the No. 4 power forward in the Class of 2015 by ESPN. His college choice is undeclared.
